Your dedication to teaching our youth essential soft skills and culinary techniques at your church has been nothing short of transformative. The lessons you’ve shared will not only help them in the kitchen but also in life, equipping them with confidence, discipline, and resilience.

We are especially grateful for your unwavering support of UCM and our mission. Your visits to our concession stand during the Buffalo Bills home games have been a blessing to us, and your presence has shown your commitment to uplifting the youth in our community. Your generosity and willingness to give back are a testament to your heart for others and your faith in action.

You are truly a hero in the city of Buffalo and a Man of God, setting an example for all to follow. We look forward to the next cohort of youth and the continued opportunity to work alongside you in this life-changing journey.
